Couples, relationships, and the search for the right fit

Keith Clemson, Ph.D. — Co-Founder, Therapy Group of Charlotte

About Keith

My career has focused on improving people’s relationships and helping those who are struggling find the right kind of mental health and couples counseling. At the Therapy Group of DC, I’ve led our couples and marriage counseling programs for more than a decade. With my colleague Dr. Brad Brenner, I co-founded the Capital Therapy Project in Washington, DC.

My clinical practice is based in Washington, DC. As a co-founder in Charlotte, I help shape the practice and the standard of care our therapists provide — you won’t find me on the schedule here, but you will find therapists we chose carefully.

“With couples and individuals I recognize how finding the right fit with a therapist is key to people feeling and doing better.”
